Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.

Nightly rates adjust dynamically with demand and are not locked in until your reservation is confirmed. The base price covers up to 24 guests; State and county lodging tax is added to every booking. A one-time cleaning fee of $250 and a $300 security deposit hold for incidental damages is authorized two days before arrival and released within 5 days of departure, provided the house rules are observed and no damage is found. Fifty percent of the total is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due thirty days before arrival. Reservations made within thirty days of the check-in date require payment in full. Cancellation policy: cancel sixty or more days before arrival for a full refund; cancel thirty to fifty-nine days before arrival for a fifty-percent refund; no refund is available for cancellations within thirty days. Standard minimum-night requirements vary by season, and four-night minimums apply to major holidays. All reservations are subject to our rental agreement, house rules, and HOA regulations. Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change until your booking is finalized.
